What is your death-row dinner? I'm having a buffet, I can't make decisions so I need a little bit of everything from full english breakfast to the best sushi imported from tokyo

What is your coffee order? Cappucino. Or Affogato if I’m feeling daring, although the last one I had in Malta was so strong I had heart palpitations (absolutely buzzing)
What is your death-row dinner? A wafer thin mint and a plate of water please. After a full 15 course taster menu from Simon Rogan.
A fun fact? I am fluent in Welsh. Well, one word – I can recite the longest train station name in the world upon request.
